1. Create a WhatsApp App

  • Log in to your Facebook Business Manager.
  • Go to Business Settings > WhatsApp Accounts.
  • Click Add to create a new WhatsApp app/account.

2. Retrieve API Keys

  • In your WhatsApp app settings, navigate to API Keys or Access Tokens.
  • Copy the required keys (e.g., WhatsApp Business API Key).

3. Configure Callback URLs

  • In the WhatsApp app settings, find the Webhook or Callback URL section.
  • Enter the callback URL provided by Semantiks (e.g., https://your-semantiks-endpoint.com/webhook/whatsapp).
  • Save your changes.

4. Finalize Integration in Semantiks

  • Go to your Semantiks Console and open the WhatsApp integration section.
  • Paste your API keys and confirm the callback URL.
  • Test the connection to ensure everything is working.
