1. Create a WhatsApp App
- Log in to your Facebook Business Manager.
- Go to Business Settings > WhatsApp Accounts.
- Click Add to create a new WhatsApp app/account.
2. Retrieve API Keys
- In your WhatsApp app settings, navigate to API Keys or Access Tokens.
- Copy the required keys (e.g.,
WhatsApp Business API Key).
3. Configure Callback URLs
- In the WhatsApp app settings, find the Webhook or Callback URL section.
- Enter the callback URL provided by Semantiks (e.g.,
https://your-semantiks-endpoint.com/webhook/whatsapp). - Save your changes.
4. Finalize Integration in Semantiks
- Go to your Semantiks Console and open the WhatsApp integration section.
- Paste your API keys and confirm the callback URL.
- Test the connection to ensure everything is working.
