  • Agent type: Choose the type of agent you want to create from the available options: Pre-sales, Customer Service, or Reactivation. Each option is displayed as a card with an icon and a brief description of what that agent type does, making it easy to understand the purpose of each one. Click on a card to select it — the selected card will be highlighted with a colored border. Based on your selection, the agent’s goal and purpose will be pre-filled with a suggested description.
  • Agent name: Give your agent a recognizable name.

The agent type you select is saved as part of your agent’s configuration. You can choose the type that best matches your use case and the goal will be automatically suggested for you.
